- Adhere to Gucci's image standards and guidelines.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience, preferably in a similar role or customer service setting.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed sales results.
- Proven track record of building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales or a comparable customer service role is required.
