- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations.
- Proficiency in English and Greek.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment or similar customer service role is required.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in fashion or business is a plus.
