1. Serve customers according to Gucci selling ceremony.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening, and assisting customers.
3. Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories.
4. Discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market with clients.
5. Build and strengthen relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds.
6. Monitor and update customer information using company tools.
7. Ensure the achievement of individual and store goals.
8. Foster open communication with team members and propose solutions.
9. Manage the visual display of products according to Gucci standards.
10. Ensure store maintenance and appropriate product levels on the sales floor.
11. Replenish products and conduct physical inventory of merchandise.
12. Follow company grooming standards.

3. Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
