- Provide exemplary customer service by adhering to the Gucci selling ceremony.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Gucci products, history, and heritage to exceed customer expectations.
- Facilitate cross-selling and up-selling across all product categories.
- Engage with clients to discuss fashion trends and developments in the luxury market.
- Cultivate and strengthen customer relationships, ensuring a welcoming environment for diverse clientele.
- Maintain and update customer information using CRM tools to retain and identify high-potential customers.
- Achieve individual and store sales goals, contributing to business growth.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Manage visual merchandising in accordance with Gucci standards.
- Oversee store maintenance and product availability on the sales floor.
- Ensure product replenishment and conduct physical inventory checks.
- Adhere to Gucci grooming standards and policies.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
- Excellent commercial awareness and customer service orientation.
- High adaptability to diverse customer needs.
- Strong team-player mentality.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury products.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Previous experience in a similar capacity within the fashion retail sector is required.
