1. Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals on a monthly and seasonal basis.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
3. Drive individual KPI goals by ensuring superior customer service and high-quality sales.
4. Capture and utilize meaningful customer data to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
5. Maintain an organized client book, regularly contacting clients and following up on sales or requests.
6. Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients, showcasing a passion for fashion.
7. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
8. Maintain security standards to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise.
9. Uphold the visual display standards of Gucci products.
10. Keep the stock room neat and organized.
11. Adhere to Gucci's image standards and company policies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
2. 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or in a similar customer service role.
3. Proven ability to drive sales and build lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.

3+ years of experience in luxury fashion sales or a similar customer service role.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Base salary range of $19.00 USD to $21.00 USD per hour, with eligibility for an incentive program based on performance.
