1. Achieve individual sales and service KPIs by leveraging available data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
3. Create an engaging and emotional client experience, providing exemplary service in line with hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
4. Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling expertise with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client.
6. Develop a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury/fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
3. Passion for and extensive knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in Mandarin and English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Willingness to work varied hours/days, including weekends as required.
