4. Proactively engage with clients, establishing strong relationships to make them feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling knowledge with product mix-and-match capabilities to best serve clients.
6. Develop both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand or in the hospitality industry.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.

1. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
2. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
3. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.

Some experience in high-end luxury/fashion or hospitality is required.
