4. Proactively engage with clients, establishing strong relationships to ensure they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to offer personalized client solutions.
6. Develop and maintain a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or in the hospitality sector.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
