4. Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling expertise with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client.
6. Develop a local and international client base and strive to recruit and nurture top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
