1. Achieve individual and team sales and customer targets by utilizing data and systems to understand performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Employ cross- and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
3. Deliver an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
4. Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued upon entering the store.
5. Utilize styling knowledge to mix-and-match products effectively to serve clients' needs.
6. Develop both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
