4. Proactively engage with clients, establishing strong relationships and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling knowledge with product mix-and-match abilities to best serve clients.
6. Develop a local and international client base, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.

1. Ability to work productively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
2. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.

Some experience in high-end luxury, fashion, or hospitality sectors is required.
