1. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to optimize sales potential.
3. Create an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
4. Proactively engage with clients to establish strong relationships, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to offer personalized client solutions.
6. Develop and expand both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand or hospitality environment.
2. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client development.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
