1. Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs by leveraging data and systems to enhance performance and identify sales opportunities.
2. Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to optimize sales potential.
3. Create an engaging and emotional client experience, adhering to hospitality guidelines and welcome techniques.
4. Proactively engage with clients, establishing strong relationships to make them feel valued from the moment they enter the store.
5. Combine styling expertise with product knowledge to offer the best service to clients.
6. Develop both local and international client bases, focusing on recruiting and nurturing top clients.

1. Experience in a high-end luxury or fashion brand, or in hospitality.
2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
3. Passion for and knowledge of Gucci and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages are advantageous.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
