1. Achieve individual and team sales and customer targets using available data and systems.
2. Utilize cross- and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
3. Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering best-in-class service.
4. Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with clients.
5. Combine styling knowledge with the ability to mix-and-match products to best serve the client.

1. Experience in working in a fast-paced and high-end fashion brand.
2. Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
3. Passion for and sound knowledge about Gucci and luxury fashion.

1. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
2. Ability to work varied hours/days, including weekends.
