- Manage the assigned range, ensuring client satisfaction at Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura.
- Deliver exceptional service and ensure meticulous mise en place preparation.
- Take orders and guide clients through the dining experience, offering meal and wine pairing suggestions.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Chef De Rang role.
- Prior experience in the luxury hospitality sector is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Client-oriented and solutions-focused approach.
- Ability to be discreet and professional.
- Flexibility in working hours.
- Team collaboration skills.
At least 2 years of experience in a Chef De Rang position, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
