1. Meet and exceed all commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clienteling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
2. Develop and maintain a robust clientele base through active engagement and exceptional service.
3. Provide personalized client service, adhering to Gucci Service Standards, and anticipate client needs.
4. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
5. Engage in proactive learning to maintain product knowledge and complete all required training.
6. Support back-of-house operations, including cashiering, inventory management, and stock replenishment.
7. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report any incidents or hazards.
8. Utilize company tools and applications efficiently and participate actively on company platforms.
9. Adhere to all in-store Standard Operating Procedures and Gucci/Kering policies.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury environment.
2. Customer service-oriented with a focus on sales and achieving KPIs.
3. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
4. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
5. Attention to detail and professional work ethic.
6. Proficiency in technology and Microsoft Office Suite.
