1. Achieve all commercial sales targets and KPIs, including Clientelling KPIs, Sales Per Transaction (SPT), Units Per Transaction (UPT), Average Unit Retail (AUR), Cross Selling, and Conversion.
2. Develop and maintain a robust clientele through active engagement and exceptional service.
3. Deliver personalized client service in alignment with Gucci Service Standards, anticipating client needs and providing tailored suggestions.
4. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure alignment with Worldwide Visual Guidelines.
5. Engage in continuous learning to maintain product knowledge and stay informed on best sellers and new arrivals.
6. Support back-of-house operations, including cashiering, stock management, and inventory control.
7. Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety policies and report any incidents or hazards.
8. Utilize company tools and applications effectively and participate in company platforms.
9. Adhere to all Gucci and Kering policies and procedures.

1. Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail or luxury environment.
2. Customer service-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
3. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
4. Strong time management and prioritization skills.
5. Attention to detail and a professional work ethic.

1. Proficiency in using technology and learning new systems.
2. Competency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in a high-volume retail or service-based industry, preferably within the luxury sector.
