- Efficiently and accurately process all payment transactions while providing warm greetings and assisting clients with inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cashier area, ensuring the counter is clutter-free and supplies are stocked.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company guidelines and under store manager supervision to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reconcile transactions and verify receipts to ensure the cash register balance is accurate at the end of each shift.
- Follow security procedures to prevent theft and fraud, including verifying large cash transactions and monitoring suspicious activities.
- Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, customer service, and store operations to uphold brand standards.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed about new products, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion retail or luxury sector.
- High degree of ethics, integrity, and assertiveness in following company policies.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in cash handling.
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Xstore and Microsoft Office.
- Warm, hospitable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage client needs effectively.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with store management, sales teams, and other staff.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
Previous experience in a cashier role within the fashion retail or luxury sector is preferred.
