1. Efficiently and accurately process all payment transactions while providing warm greetings and assisting clients with inquiries.
2. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable cashier area, ensuring the counter is clutter-free and supplies are stocked.
3. Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company guidelines and under store manager supervision to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Reconcile transactions and verify receipts to ensure the cash register balance is accurate at the end of each shift.
5. Follow security procedures to prevent theft and fraud, including verifying large cash transactions and monitoring suspicious activities.
6. Adhere to company policies regarding cash handling, customer service, and store operations to uphold brand standards.
7. Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed about new products, sales techniques, and company policies.

1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the fashion retail or luxury sector.
2. High degree of ethics, integrity, and assertiveness in following company policies.

1. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in cash handling.
2. Proficiency in operating point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Xstore and Microsoft Office.
3. Warm, hospitable, and professional demeanor.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage client needs effectively.
5. Good communication skills for collaboration with store management, sales teams, and other staff.
6. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

Previous experience in a cashier role within the fashion retail or luxury sector is preferred.
