Gucci Back of House Assistant Intern

- Assist the Operations Manager and Store Manager in monitoring boutique performance indicators.
- Conduct daily sales and results analysis in collaboration with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
- Perform monthly and ad-hoc product performance analyses, including sell-through and identification of slow and best-sellers.
- Alert the Operations Manager and Store Manager regarding stock shortages.
- Report back-office KPIs to the Operations Manager.
- Analyze monthly and ad-hoc sales associate performance to aid in the preparation of monthly one-on-one meetings.
- Ensure compliance with sales procedures and control in-store sales tracking.
- Assist in preparing team briefings and informational meetings on boutique activities.
- Manage and monitor uniform orders and stock.
- Oversee boutique maintenance and ensure adequate levels of packaging and refreshments.
- Support the Stock Manager.
- Coordinate transfers in collaboration with managers.
- Resolve IT issues related to cash registers and other systems.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
No prior experience required, but previous internships in retail or luxury fashion are advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
