Gucci Associate Store Director

- Collaborate with the Store Director to drive sales performance and achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity and monitoring profitability.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, engaging with top clients and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Manage stock levels through direct communication with key business departments to maximize full-price selling and align with new product launches.
- Educate associates on brand pillars and seasonal strategies by partnering with internal departments for product support.
- Understand and strategize around company KPIs to meet performance standards.
- Represent the Gucci image through adherence to company grooming standards.
- Lead client development initiatives, including establishing client relationships and proposing local events.
- Support CRM initiatives by providing action plans and capturing meaningful customer data.
- Partner with the Store Director to recap monthly store performance and report business trends.
- Adhere to company policies, including operations, HR, and security standards, and ensure compliance with loss prevention audits.
- Process merchandise requests and shipments, ensuring accurate scheduling and payroll submission.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain organization of company assets.
- Assist in talent management, including coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team, providing a branded onboarding experience for new hires.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Entrepreneurial vision and ability to drive positive customer experiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Sales leadership and customer engagement.

4-6 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
