Gucci Associate Store Director

- Collaborate with the Store Director to drive sales performance and achieve sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
- Demonstrate leadership on the sales floor by engaging with top clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage stock levels and align with new product launches to maximize full price selling and maintain high sell-through rates.
- Educate associates on brand pillars and seasonal strategies through training and communication.
- Represent Gucci's image through adherence to company grooming standards.
- Lead client development initiatives and propose local events through networking.
- Execute superior customer service and after-sales experiences to enhance customer loyalty.
- Support CRM initiatives and capture meaningful customer data for relationship building.
- Adhere to company policies, including operations, HR, and security standards.
- Comply with loss prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards set by headquarters.
- Support talent management through coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Attract, recruit, and retain high-performing team members.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
4-6 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
