Gucci Associate Store Director

- Collaborate with the Store Director to drive sales performance and achieve business objectives while maintaining operational integrity.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, engaging with top clients to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Manage stock levels and align with key business departments to optimize full-price selling and product launches.
- Educate associates on brand pillars and seasonal strategies through effective training and communication.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and implement improvement strategies.
- Foster client relationships and organize local events to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, loss prevention audits, and inventory management.
- Support visual merchandising standards and maintain organization of company assets.
- Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews to develop and retain high-performing teams.
- Attract and recruit talent, ensuring a consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to analyze business trends and react swiftly to market needs.
- Entrepreneurial vision and commercial awareness.
- Strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for the fashion industry.
Candidates must have 4-6 years of experience in sales management within retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Base salary range from $117,000 USD to $130,000 USD, with eligibility for an incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
