- Collaborate with the Store Director to drive sales performance and achieve budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, engaging with top clients to provide exemplary customer service.
- Manage stock levels and align with product launches to maximize full-price selling.
- Educate associates on brand pillars and seasonal strategies through training and communication.
- Identify strategies to meet company KPIs and represent the Gucci image through adherence to grooming standards.
- Develop client relationships and propose local events through networking.
- Execute superior customer service and after-sales experiences to enhance customer loyalty.
- Support CRM initiatives and capture meaningful customer data for personalized client development.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including operations, HR, and security standards.
- Comply with loss prevention audits and inventory reconciliations to minimize shrinkage.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and organize company assets.
- Support talent management through coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team while managing staff resources and schedules.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or a service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- High degree of ethics, professionalism, and integrity.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Entrepreneurial vision and ability to drive positive customer experiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

A competitive base salary ranging from $95,000.00 USD to $105,000.00 USD, with eligibility for an incentive program based on individual and organizational performance.
