1. Support the launch of new products, including implementation, monitoring, and optimization, while coordinating with Visual Merchandising, Clienteling, Retail, and support functions.
2. Collaborate closely with boutiques to gather feedback, provide training, and maintain day-to-day relations.
3. Assist boutiques with product requests and specific client inquiries.
4. Support boutique openings and retail events.
5. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for headquarters and boutiques.
6. Monitor commercial performance of boutiques and sell-through of collections to identify opportunities.
7. Oversee seasonal deliveries and restocking, proposing transfers and reorders to maintain optimal stock levels in boutiques.
8. Participate in the preparation of seasonal buying campaigns in close collaboration with the region.
9. Assist in constructing assortments per point of sale.
10. Contribute to sizing purchases by category and point of sale.
11. Conduct continuous market research on competitors and emerging trends.

1. Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Fluency in French and English.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
