Gucci Assistant Retail Merchandiser

- Support the launch of new products, including implementation, monitoring, and optimization, while coordinating with Visual Merchandising, Clienteling, Retail, and support functions.
- Collaborate closely with boutiques to gather feedback, provide training, and maintain day-to-day relations.
- Assist boutiques with product requests and specific client inquiries.
- Support boutique openings and retail events.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for headquarters and boutiques.
- Monitor commercial performance of boutiques and sell-through of collections to identify opportunities.
- Oversee seasonal deliveries and restocking, proposing transfers and reorders to maintain optimal stock levels in boutiques.
- Participate in the preparation of seasonal buying campaigns in close collaboration with the region.
- Assist in constructing assortments per point of sale.
- Contribute to sizing purchases by category and point of sale.
- Conduct continuous market research on competitors and emerging trends.
- Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in French and English.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
