Gucci After Sales Specialist

- Execute repair ticket management in alignment with company standards, coordinating with stores, back office, repair center, and headquarters.
- Support stores, wholesale, and customers with repair and return processes.
- Manage repair ticket execution within the after-sales tool.
- Monitor and perform daily system activities, collaborating with stores, customers, repair center, and headquarters.
- Conduct technical evaluations and provide prompt estimates and feedback for after-sales service requests to stores.
- Manually enter and update data in the after-sales system for customer repairs, wholesale, and external vendors.
- Process customer payments for repairs.
- Act as the point of contact for all after-sales management, addressing customer complaints and quality issues.
- Support stores and regional customer service teams in managing repair tickets in the after-sales system.
- Communicate and coordinate with stores and headquarters on after-sales and quality matters.
- Proven experience in after-sales or customer service roles within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of repair processes and after-sales service management.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in data entry and management systems.
- Ability to perform technical evaluations and provide solutions promptly.
