Gucci Accessories Product Assistant

- Review and distribute product samples, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate all stages of product development from concept to delivery.
- Assist Design Directors in preparing overviews and presentations.
- Organize meetings with the Artistic Director, ensuring all samples and documents are prepared.
- Maintain records of drawings, samples, and prototypes in digital and physical archives.
- Ensure accurate documentation of sketches and launches in the PDD online tool.
- Manage interdepartmental requests efficiently and promptly.
- Facilitate communication with Gucci ArtLab and oversee prototyping and sample developments.
- Attend and coordinate fittings from prototype to final product.
- Support logistics for product shipments, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures.
- Assist in research and rental activities, managing invoices and rental deadlines.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Leather Goods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with partners at all levels.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
