1. Review and distribute product samples, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
2. Coordinate all stages of product development from concept to delivery.
3. Assist Design Directors in preparing overviews and presentations.
4. Organize meetings with the Artistic Director, ensuring all samples and documents are prepared.
5. Maintain records of drawings, samples, and prototypes in digital and physical archives.
6. Ensure accurate documentation of sketches and launches in the PDD online tool.
7. Manage interdepartmental requests efficiently and promptly.
8. Facilitate communication with Gucci ArtLab and oversee prototyping and sample developments.
9. Attend and coordinate fittings from prototype to final product.
10. Support logistics for product shipments, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures.
11. Assist in research and rental activities, managing invoices and rental deadlines.

1. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Leather Goods.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
3. Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is advantageous.
4. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication skills for interfacing with partners at all levels.
6. Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
7. Fluency in Italian and English.
