- Conduct in-depth studies on industry sectors, cultural dynamics, and competitive positioning.
- Monitor communication, digital, editorial content, and innovative format trends.
- Identify national and international best practices, strong ideas, innovations, and impactful communications.
- Develop visual and concise benchmarks to support strategic and creative thinking.
- Prepare studies, benchmarks, and presentations for agency bids.
- Assist clients in establishing their audience acquisition strategies.
- Analyze social media trends and optimize traffic and conversion rates on editorial platforms.
- Develop and implement the agency's communication strategy, including editorial line and digital content.
- Enhance the agency's expertise, projects, and vision through various content formats.
- Manage the agency's social media presence, track performance, and suggest optimization strategies.
- Participate in organizing internal or external events such as trend breakfasts, conferences, and study presentations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in communication, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within an agency, media, or advertiser environment.
- Proven experience with content strategy, social media, or communication challenges.
- Excellent digital culture and affinity with editorial content and corporate issues.
- Constant awareness of web, social media, and new trends.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms like Sprinklr, Emplifi, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Meltwater.
- Strong analytical skills, synthesis ability, and critical perspective on trends.
- Ability to defend ideas, create compelling presentations, and communicate confidently.
- Curiosity, rigor, and creativity.
- Fluency in French and English.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar strategic planning role within an agency, media, or advertiser setting.
Bachelor's degree or higher in communication, marketing, economics, or a related field.
Compensation to be determined based on experience, including a fixed salary and bonuses.
