1. Conduct legal analysis and monitoring of labor legislation.
2. Draft internal memos, employment contracts, procedures, and recommendations on individual and collective labor relations.
3. Prepare cases related to social litigation and assist in developing defense strategies.
4. Support in maintaining relations with employee representative bodies.
5. Assist in collective bargaining negotiations and drafting company agreements.
6. Participate in social audits and integration of companies during acquisitions.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program specializing in social law or a trainee lawyer.
2. Demonstrated legal rigor and analytical skills.
3. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

1. Strong legal research and writing skills.
2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
3. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in French labor law.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in Social Law or equivalent, or trainee lawyer.
