- Conduct legal analysis and monitoring of labor legislation.
- Draft internal notes, employment contracts, procedures, and recommendations on individual and collective labor relations.
- Prepare files related to social litigation and participate in developing defense strategies.
- Support in maintaining relations with employee representative bodies.
- Assist in collective bargaining and drafting company agreements.
- Participate in social audits and the integration of companies during acquisitions.
- Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program specializing in social law or a law student in an attorney training program.
- Strong legal rigor and analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
No prior professional experience required.
Master's degree in Social Law or equivalent.
