1. Conduct legal analysis and monitoring of labor legislation.
2. Draft internal notes, employment contracts, procedures, and recommendations on individual and collective labor relations.
3. Prepare files related to social litigation and participate in developing defense strategies.
4. Support in maintaining relations with employee representative bodies.
5. Assist in collective bargaining and drafting company agreements.
6. Participate in social audits and the integration of companies during acquisitions.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program specializing in social law or a law student in an attorney training program.

1. Strong legal rigor and analytical skills.
2. Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team.

No prior professional experience required.

Master's degree in Social Law or equivalent.
