- Conduct legal analysis and monitoring of labor legislation.
- Draft internal notes, employment contracts, procedures, and recommendations related to individual and collective labor relations.
- Prepare cases related to social litigation and participate in the development of defense strategies.
- Support in maintaining relations with employee representative bodies.
- Assist in collective bargaining and drafting company agreements.
- Participate in social audits during acquisitions.
- Enrolled in a Master's program specializing in Social Law or a law student seeking a PPI internship.
- Strong legal rigor and analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
No prior experience required.
Master's degree in Social Law or equivalent.
Internship agreement required.
