1. Conduct legal analysis and monitoring of labor legislation.
2. Draft internal notes, employment contracts, procedures, and recommendations related to individual and collective labor relations.
3. Prepare cases related to social litigation and participate in the development of defense strategies.
4. Support in maintaining relations with employee representative bodies.
5. Assist in collective bargaining and drafting company agreements.
6. Participate in social audits during acquisitions.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program specializing in Social Law or a law student seeking a PPI internship.

1. Strong legal rigor and analytical skills.
2. Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team.

No prior experience required.

Master's degree in Social Law or equivalent.

Internship agreement required.
