1. Collaborate with the director to execute Mystery Shopping studies.
2. Draft questionnaires, observation guides, and field briefings, including scoring elements.
3. Coordinate the operational setup of projects.
4. Conduct briefings for various field service providers.
5. Monitor field activities and ensure quality control of visit reports.
6. Analyze collected data and develop storytelling reports.
7. Format and present results effectively.
8. Manage and mentor an intern.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4 or Bac +5).
2. Significant initial experience in research, preferably in Mystery Shopping.

1. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Curiosity and reliability.
3. Social intelligence and a strong preference for teamwork.
4. Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
5. Knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in research, ideally within Mystery Shopping.

Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4 or Bac +5).

Annual gross salary ranging from €32,520 to €34,440, plus meal vouchers and 50% coverage of the Navigo pass.

Opportunity for hybrid work with the possibility of remote work two days per week.
