Groupe Les Échos-Le Parisien Procurement Manager (IT, Media & Data)

1. Define and implement procurement policies for technological, media, and data products and services.
2. Develop and manage the procurement budget in collaboration with the CDIO and financial management.
3. Conduct technological and competitive market analysis to anticipate trends and identify innovations.
4. Establish performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting to management.
5. Identify, evaluate, and select strategic suppliers and partners for technology and data.
6. Lead tenders and negotiate complex and strategic solution acquisitions.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and innovation.
8. Monitor supplier performance and manage disputes in collaboration with the legal department.
9. Conduct strategic negotiations on financial, technical, and legal aspects of contracts.
10. Draft and validate contracts ensuring compliance with legal and internal policies.
11. Control contract execution and manage their lifecycle.
12. Collaborate in project mode with internal teams to understand needs and define specifications.
13. Act as a business partner to advise and support in technological decisions.
14. Contribute to the digital transformation by proposing innovative solutions and optimizing procurement processes.

1. Advanced degree (Bac+5) in Procurement, Business School, or Engineering with a specialization in IT procurement or information systems management.
2. Confirmed experience of at least 10 years in a similar role, preferably within a media group, IT service company, software publisher, or tech sector company.
3. Experience in team management is a plus.

1. In-depth knowledge of the technological and data ecosystem, including cloud solutions (AWS, GCP), SaaS platforms, CRM and data management tools (DMP, CDP), and cybersecurity solutions.
2. Mastery of complex procurement processes and negotiation techniques.
3. Strong contract management skills and understanding of legal aspects related to IT procurement.
4. Financial acumen with the ability to construct and manage budgets.
5. Strategic vision and ability to align procurement strategy with business objectives.
6. Excellent communication skills and relational ease for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
7. Leadership and persuasive skills for complex negotiations.
8. Analytical and synthesis skills for informed decision-making.
9. Curiosity, adaptability, and a penchant for innovation in a constantly evolving sector.
10. Ability to manage priorities.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a media group, IT service company, software publisher, or tech sector company.

Advanced degree (Bac+5) in Procurement, Business School, or Engineering with a specialization in IT procurement or information systems management.
