- Implement and oversee the operational aspects of partnerships, ensuring reciprocal commitments and project progress.
- Coordinate with all Radio Classique departments to brief them on partnership commitments and oversee their execution.
- Develop and manage promotional strategies for partners, including scheduling broadcast plans and crafting advertising messages.
- Maintain constant reporting and liaise closely with partners and, when necessary, the radio's commercial teams.
- Handle contractual and administrative follow-ups with partners, including drafting and validating contracts, accounting regularization, and budget monitoring.
- Contribute to the development of new partnerships and projects.
- Manage promotional visuals in collaboration with graphic agencies, partners, and various service providers.
- Promote concerts produced and co-produced by Radio Classique through self-promotion campaigns and message development.
- Organize Radio Classique's PR events, such as the annual conference and corporate awards, including operational and logistical coordination and invitation management.
- Assist in the creation of the press kit and media kit for the new season.
- Monitor budgets and handle invoicing in collaboration with the accounting department.
- Degree in communication, business, marketing, or cultural management from a university or grande école.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Affinity for classical music is desirable.
- Strong organizational and relational skills.
- Initiative and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and precision.
