1. Assist legal professionals in drafting and validating contracts across IT, intellectual property, business law, and advertising domains.
2. Manage and monitor litigation and pre-litigation cases related to press law, trademark infringements, and business law.
3. Conduct legal research and monitoring on issues such as personal data, competition law, and collective management societies.
4. Provide internal clients with assistance and advice through the drafting of notes and consultations on data exploitation, AI, and European regulations.
5. Support the implementation of CNIL recommendations for internal clients, including privacy by design and privacy policy reviews.

1. Currently pursuing or holding a Master's degree in Law (Digital Law, New Technologies Law, Personal Data, Intellectual Property).
2. Good knowledge of French and EU regulations on personal data protection and digital law.
3. Interest in the new technologies sector.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English.

1. Proficiency in common office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Attention to detail, curiosity, synthesis ability, organizational skills, service orientation, and teamwork spirit.

A significant internship in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred.

Master's degree in Law (Digital Law, New Technologies Law, Personal Data, Intellectual Property).
