1. Drafting and validating contracts in intellectual property, IT/digital, business law, and advertising.
2. Managing and overseeing litigation and pre-litigation processes in press law, trademark infringements, and business law.
3. Conducting legal research and monitoring on issues such as personal data, competition law, and collective management societies.
4. Assisting internal clients with legal advice and drafting notes on data exploitation, AI, and European regulations.
5. Implementing CNIL recommendations for internal clients, including privacy by design and reviewing confidentiality policies.

1. Currently pursuing or holding a Master 2 in Law (Intellectual Property, Digital Law, New Technologies, Personal Data).
2. Strong knowledge of French and EU data protection regulations and digital law.
3. Interest in new technologies.

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
2. Proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Attention to detail, curiosity, synthesis ability, organizational skills, service orientation, and teamwork.

A significant internship in a law firm or corporate legal department is preferred.

Master 2 in Law (Intellectual Property, Digital Law, New Technologies, Personal Data) in progress or completed.
