1. Provide technical support for users on Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android environments.
2. Manage incidents following established procedures.
3. Handle telephone support calls.
4. Perform workstation imaging and enrollment using Workspace One.
5. Maintain and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
6. Manage and maintain printing solutions.
7. Welcome users at the IT Kiosk.
8. Administer O365, Active Directory, Adobe, and telephony portals.
9. Coordinate and supervise external technical interventions.

1. Minimum Bac+2 degree in Information Technology.
2. Professional experience as an IT technician.
3. Valid driver's license is advantageous.

1. Strong communication and customer service skills.
2. Excellent knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems.
3. Experience in incident management and technical support.
4. Familiarity with CMDB management tools, such as ServiceNow, is a plus.
5. Ability to work independently, with precision, and manage priorities.

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an IT technician.

Bac+2 degree in Information Technology or related field.
