The Groupe Les Echos-Le Parisien, a media subsidiary of the LVMH Group, is a distinguished entity in the media landscape, engaging 25 million French citizens monthly through its diverse portfolio of brands in radio, television, and press. - Design, draft, and publish engaging content on internal communication platforms such as intranet, dynamic displays, and internal emails.
- Oversee the creation and dissemination of the internal newsletter, including topic selection, article writing, and coordination with internal contributors.
- Coordinate logistics and communication for internal conferences at the Club.
- Assist in organizing the 360° Morning sessions, from managing invitations to setting up animations and logistics on the event day.
- Enhance the onboarding process for new employees, from initial contact to organizing welcome events such as integration breakfasts and internal meetings.
- Develop and manage internal contests in collaboration with the Partnerships Department, ensuring effective communication and registration management.
- Energize the internal community of 80 runners by organizing social events, sharing key information, and distributing race bibs during partner races.
- Contribute to the employer brand by developing an editorial calendar for the Group's social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
- Write and design publications highlighting HR initiatives, internal life, and significant events, aligned with the overall communication strategy.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Creative with a strong interest in graphic design.
- Proficient in Photoshop and InDesign.
- Interest in media and current affairs.
- Creativity and graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign.

- Organizational and coordination skills.
No prior experience required, though experience in internal communication is highly appreciated.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or equivalent.
