1. Assist in the development of Mystery Shopping studies under the supervision of a research officer.
2. Contribute to drafting questionnaires, observation guides, and field briefings.
3. Participate in the operational implementation of projects.
4. Engage in briefing sessions with various field service providers.
5. Monitor fieldwork and ensure quality control of visit reports.
6. Analyze collected data and construct storytelling reports.
7. Format and present results.

1. Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4 or Bac +5).

1. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Curiosity and reliability.
3. Social intelligence and a strong team-oriented mindset.
4. Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
5. Knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
6. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

No prior experience required.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4 or Bac +5).
