- Coordinate with the personnel administration and payroll department for employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, mobility, and status changes.
- Manage recruitment requests, draft and publish job postings, conduct initial CV screenings and phone pre-qualifications.
- Draft employment offers and oversee the onboarding process of new employees.
- Monitor internal mobility processes, including job posting, candidate tracking, and reporting.
- Track and report on variable pay elements, drafting related correspondence.
- Contribute to the implementation of HR processes such as annual reviews, professional interviews, and salary policies.
- Minimum educational requirement of Bac + 2 / Bac + 3 in Human Resources.
- At least 3 years of experience in personnel administration and recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in managing priorities effectively.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role focusing on personnel administration and recruitment is required.
Bac + 2 / Bac + 3 in Human Resources.
The position offers a hybrid working model, providing flexibility between remote and office work.
