- Liaise with the payroll department to manage all aspects of employee administration including onboarding, offboarding, mobility, and status changes.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including drafting and publishing job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting preliminary phone interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Monitor internal mobility by publishing job openings, tracking applications, and maintaining detailed reports.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of payroll variables and draft correspondence related to variable compensation.
- Contribute to the implementation of HR processes such as annual reviews, professional interviews, and salary policies.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on personnel administration and recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in personnel administration and recruitment is required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
