1. Liaise with the payroll department to manage all aspects of employee administration including onboarding, offboarding, mobility, and status changes.
2. Oversee recruitment processes, including drafting and publishing job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting preliminary phone interviews, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
3. Monitor internal mobility by publishing job openings, tracking applications, and maintaining detailed reports.
4. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of payroll variables and draft correspondence related to variable compensation.
5. Contribute to the implementation of HR processes such as annual reviews, professional interviews, and salary policies.

1. Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, focusing on personnel administration and recruitment.

2. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in personnel administration and recruitment is required.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
