1. Currently enrolled in a higher education program with a focus on HR or related fields.
2. Strong interest in employee engagement, inclusion, diversity, and skill development.

1. Proficiency in digital technologies and their application in HR innovation.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing higher education in a relevant field.
