Groupe Les Échos-Le Parisien Human Resources Coordinator

- Coordinate with the personnel administration and payroll service for employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, mobility, and status changes.
- Manage recruitment requests and internal mobility processes, including job posting, CV screening, and conducting preliminary phone interviews.
- Draft employment offers and oversee the integration process for new hires.
- Monitor and report on variable pay elements, drafting related correspondence.
- Contribute to HR processes such as annual reviews, professional interviews, and salary policy implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in personnel administration and recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously.
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
