1. Coordinate with the personnel administration and payroll service for employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, offboarding, mobility, and status changes.
2. Manage recruitment requests and internal mobility processes, including job posting, CV screening, and conducting preliminary phone interviews.
3. Draft employment offers and oversee the integration process for new hires.
4. Monitor and report on variable pay elements, drafting related correspondence.
5. Contribute to HR processes such as annual reviews, professional interviews, and salary policy implementation.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in personnel administration and recruitment.

4. Confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
