- Manage personnel administration from onboarding to offboarding for employees, interns, apprentices, and freelancers.
- Execute payroll processing and related social declarations for assigned personnel.
- Oversee time management processes.
- Handle cross-functional HR projects.
- Ensure data integrity within the HRIS system.
- Extensive experience in personnel management and payroll in environments with multiple collective agreements.
- Proficiency in using ADP's Decidium software.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees.
- Expertise in payroll systems and HRIS.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
A minimum of 10 years in personnel management and payroll, with experience in environments governed by multiple collective agreements.
The role offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a balance between remote and in-office work.
