- Manage a portfolio of employees, handling all personnel administration events from onboarding to offboarding, including interns and freelancers.
- Execute payroll processing and related social declarations for assigned personnel.
- Oversee time management systems and ensure accurate data entry in the HRIS.
- Handle cross-functional projects and ensure the quality of information within the HRIS.
- Several years of experience in personnel management and payroll in environments with multiple collective agreements.
- Proficiency in using ADP's Decidium software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Minimum of 10 years in personnel management and payroll administration.
