- Define and lead the data and AI strategy in alignment with the group's overall strategy and LVMH standards.
- Enhance data quality while ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR.
- Oversee budgets and investments related to data initiatives.
- Represent the group within the LVMH Data & AI community, contributing to shared initiatives and exchanges.
- Anticipate technological and regulatory developments in data and AI.
- Evolve the group's data platform to improve data availability and reduce time to market.
- Supervise data integration from various group sources, ensuring data coherence and quality.
- Implement and optimize CRM workflows and marketing automation for comprehensive campaign management.
- Develop segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance audience engagement and prospecting.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Centralize and analyze audience, behavior, and performance data, developing dashboards and reporting tools.
- Identify and develop data monetization opportunities and data partnerships.
- Develop and implement AI models for media applications, such as content recirculation and fact-checking.
- Collaborate closely with digital, marketing, editorial, and commercial teams.
- Foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science, statistics, or applied mathematics.
- Significant experience (8+ years) in data domains, preferably within the media sector.
- Strong expertise in data governance, architecture, CRM, marketing automation, and data analysis.
- Experience in developing and implementing AI models, particularly in NLP and machine learning.
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Programming languages (Python, SQL)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Data management tools (GCP BQuery, data lakes, ETL, AirFlow)
- CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Adobe Campaign)
- Knowledge of Big Data and AI technologies (NLP, Machine Learning)
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field, with significant experience in data management and media sectors.
Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science, statistics, or applied mathematics.
