- Maintain monthly accounting records including purchases, sales, payroll, and banking transactions.
- Record monthly closing entries such as accrued expenses, deferred income, and provisions.
- Monitor analytical accounting processes.
- Conduct budgetary analysis and maintain financial dashboards.
- Prepare and track annual closing documentation.
- Participate in cash flow preparation and monitoring.
- Oversee royalty advances reconciliation and prepare semi-annual royalty statements.
- Assist in financial budget preparation and manage grant application processes.
- Manage client invoicing processes, monitor client and supplier payments, and handle team expense reports.
- Administer royalty processing with rights holders and manage tax-related declarations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least one year in auditing.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Familiarity with management control concepts.
- Proficiency in Excel and general IT tools.
- Good command of English.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and initiative.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least one year in an auditing role.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
