1. Maintain monthly accounting records including purchases, sales, payroll, and banking transactions.
2. Record monthly closing entries such as accrued expenses, deferred income, and provisions.
3. Monitor analytical accounting processes.
4. Conduct budgetary analysis and maintain financial dashboards.
5. Prepare and track annual closing documentation.
6. Participate in cash flow preparation and monitoring.
7. Oversee royalty advances reconciliation and prepare semi-annual royalty statements.
8. Assist in financial budget preparation and manage grant application processes.
9. Manage client invoicing processes, monitor client and supplier payments, and handle team expense reports.
10. Administer royalty processing with rights holders and manage tax-related declarations.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including at least one year in auditing.

1. Strong knowledge of general accounting principles.
2. Familiarity with management control concepts.
3. Proficiency in Excel and general IT tools.
4. Good command of English.
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and initiative.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least one year in an auditing role.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
