- Monitor client budgets in support of financial control, including order processing, tracking spreadsheets, and invoicing via SAP.
- Manage subcontracting flows, including the registration, processing, and transmission of accounting documents.
- Oversee expense reports and the creation of new suppliers.
- Provide versatile support to general services, including orders, space management, occasional organization, and IT.
- Assist in recruitment campaigns for consultants, including drafting and disseminating job postings, screening applications, sending tests, organizing interviews, and managing candidate databases.
- Ensure a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
- Participate in the onboarding of new employees.
- Contribute to the agency's convivial atmosphere through reception, logistics, and internal events such as lunches and afterworks.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading business school or university (e.g., EM Lyon, ESCP, ESSEC, HEC, SKEMA).
- Ability to be meticulous and organized.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Initiative, resourcefulness, and creativity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both oral and written communication.
- Adaptability to various interlocutors.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in French, with additional language skills being advantageous.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a prestigious institution.
