Groupe Les Échos-Le Parisien Event Project Intern

- Participate in organizing internal and external events, including soirées, study presentations, lunches, dinners, and private visits.
- Contribute to the development of event projects by researching venues, vendors, and creative proposals.
- Ensure logistical coordination on the event day, managing vendors, guest reception, and overall event flow.
- Assist in planning and tracking the semi-annual event calendar.
- Manage invitations, including briefing for support creation, file management, and personalized follow-ups.
- Support the Communication team on dedicated projects through brainstorming, creative briefs, and digital and social content production.
- Currently enrolled in a communication program, specialized school, business school, IAE, university, or equivalent.
- Strong interest in media and communication.
- Basic understanding of event project management or communication.
No prior experience required, although a first experience in event project management or communication is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a degree in communication or a related field.
