- Analyze website performance and key performance indicators using measurement tools such as Piano Analytics.
- Automate, produce, and analyze audience dashboards, including weekly and monthly reports, and participate in brand committees using Looker Studio.
- Contribute to the technical implementation and testing of web analytics tools, enrich tracking, and ensure its stability and reliability.
- Participate in requirements gathering, KPI definition, and the development of tagging plans for new pages, sections, sites, and applications.
- Administer and manage digital analytics tools and support internal teams in their use.
- Monitor, analyze, and propose A/B tests to optimize customer journeys using AB Tasty.
- Conduct analyses on user behavior and site performance, providing optimization recommendations.
- Perform competitive analysis and monitor digital usage trends and best practices.
- Plan tasks for the Analytics team using Jira.
- Maintain a constant watch on innovations and digital trends in analytics and AI.
- Bachelor's degree in commerce, statistics, or a related field, or a higher university degree in media, web, or marketing.
- Passion for the web and a strong digital culture.
- Organized with project management skills for cross-functional team collaboration.
- Demonstrated rigor and intellectual curiosity.
- Analytical mindset with strong writing and summarization skills.
- Affinity for numbers and data analysis.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Piano Analytics.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
