Groupe Les Échos-Le Parisien Assistant Customer Success Manager

- Welcome and integrate new clients by presenting the products and services of Les Echos.
- Ensure regular follow-up to address inquiries, resolve issues, and anticipate client needs.
- Develop support content for Capital Finance.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Business Developers and Account Managers.
- Manage client invitations, public relations, and loyalty gifts.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance products and services.
- Monitor key performance indicators related to client account usage.
- Prepare regular reports on activities and results.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Business School, University, or equivalent, with a specialization in Marketing, Communication, Customer Relations, or Commerce.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong listening and empathy abilities.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Sheets).
- Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) required. Master's degree in progress.
