1. Collect, validate, and maintain sustainability data.
2. Analyze complex datasets to identify trends in energy consumption, carbon footprint, and waste management.
3. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders at various levels.
4. Develop strategic plans in collaboration with the Business Services Director to align with corporate sustainability goals.
5. Identify and implement energy efficiency improvements and support the transition to renewable sources.
6. Engage with the supply base for sustainability analysis and reporting.
7. Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes, advising on operational implications.
8. Embed sustainability into business processes and decision-making frameworks.
9. Support the development of sustainability policies, programs, and campaigns.
10. Support the Glenmorangie Climate strategy and carbon transition program.
11. Conduct energy audits and monitor KPIs across all sites.
12. Track and monitor progress against sustainability objectives.
13. Ensure compliance with sustainability legislative requirements.
14. Liaise with external authorities on legal compliance.
15. Generate consolidated environmental data reports and analytics in alignment with LVMH standards.
16. Engage with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure data quality and consistency.
17. Ensure that environmental data and analytics inform business decision-making effectively.
18. Develop and implement efficient sustainability data systems, sources, processes, and tools.

1. Degree in Environmental Science, Data Analysis, Sustainability Management, or a related field, or demonstrable experience.
2. Recognized training and expertise in Sustainability, Climate, or Energy Management.

1. Proven experience in data analytics with a strong understanding of statistical methods.
2. Knowledge of best practices in energy management, sustainable development, and CSR.
3. Proficiency in data management systems and analytics software (e.g., Excel, SQL databases).
4. Familiarity with global sustainability standards such as GRI or CDP.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Ability to collaborate effectively and commit internal stakeholders and suppliers to common targets.
7. Adaptability and confidence in communication.
8. Problem-solving aptitude.

Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, sustainability, or a related field.

Degree in Environmental Science, Data Analysis, Sustainability Management, or a related field.
